Doing work on on a residence built before 1978? Be sure your and your contractor know about the new "Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule" (RRP). At the start of 2009, The Plattsburgh Green Committee developed an "Action Plan" to guide us through the year. Now it's time to look back and see how it all played out, so we can start putting together a plan for 2010. I have taken the "Action Plan" as written and highlighted the "Accomplishments to Date" under each heading in attempt (I hope) to give the "big picture" as easily as possible.
